A little something for your Superbowl fans to nosh on. Here is how you make them:
You take these little Tostito Scoops, add taco meat, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream and ta-da...taco sliders. They are super easy to make and even easier to eat!
I like my tacos with a little more than seasoned ground beef. This is how I make mine:
Tacos
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkt (1/4 - 1/3 cup) taco seasoning mix
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup Minute Rice (white or brown)
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Stir in kidney beans and instant rice. Cook 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Spoon into taco shells or Tostito Scoops and garnish. Printable recipe.
